Racing Marketing/ Racing Event Marketing & Sponsorship

You will:

Provide excellent customer service and uphold positive relationships with our members, guests, and internal management team.
Assist in presenting trophies, cups, and other arrangements during race days and Club events.
Coordinate routine operational matters on race days.
Perform any additional duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
 

You should have:

A tertiary education.
A minimum of two years of work experience in hospitality or retail operations, particularly within the hotel, airline, or luxury brand sectors, which will be an advantage.
A customer-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on precision and thoroughness.
Availability to work on holidays or weekdays for race days and Club events.
Fluency in Cantonese and spoken English is a must; a good command of Putonghua is an advantage.

Working Hours:

from 1000 - 1900 during day race (Sat/ Sun) and 1700-2300 during night race (Wed)
(*Actual working hours will be subject to operational needs)

- Shatin Racecourse

- Happy Valley Racecourse

Hourly Pay:

$225/hour
