Temporary Customer Service Officer (1–2-month contract, $23-25K)

Our client is an international retail company specializing in premium cookware, seeking a Temporary Customer Service Officer to join our team in Causeway Bay.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries and aftersales support via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Case Coordination: Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up on open cases
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service processes and product offerings

Requirements

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good telephone manner
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail industry or a related field is preferred
  • Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Office Location: Causeway Bay
