Part Time Customer Relations Assistant (Racing Museum)
The Department
The Hong Kong Racing Museum at Happy Valley Racecourse takes visitors on a journey through more than 150 years of racing history, revealing the fascinating story of Hong Kong's biggest spectator sport and its significant contribution to the economic and social development of our city.
We are now looking for capable, responsible and proactive individual(s) to oversee the daily operations of venue and provide customer services to visitors.
You will:
Greet visitors and handle front desk / telephone / email enquires
Provide guided tour service and support museum programme
Assist in running a souvenir shop including sales, transactions and inventory stocks, etc.
Daily operations of venue
Provide administrative support
Handle tasks assigned by Museum staff
You should have:
· Tertiary education
· Two years or above work experience in customer service or retail operations, work experience in museum, clubhouse, hospitality or retail environment will be advantageous
· Presentable with good customer care skills
· Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
· Proficient in using office desktop tools and applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
· Self-disciplined, sense of responsibility and customer care
Working Hours:
The Hong Kong Racing Museum operates 7 days a week with working hours from 11:00 to 20:00 during non-race days and 11:00 – 22:00 during night race
Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays may be part of rota
Part-time staff are required to work not less than 2 days per week
A part-time position in long-term

Hourly Pay:
$87/hour
