 Main Duties:

Provide luxury clienteling and exceptional customer service.
Build and nurture customer relationships for loyalty.
Handle inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolution satisfaction.
Maximize sales performance and achieve team targets.
Maintain high standards in boutique operations and administration.
Conduct stock checks and assist with annual inventory.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of luxury retail sales experience (Fashion/Jewelry/Skincare).
Team player, results-oriented.
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Immediate availability preferred.
