Helpdesk Support (5/5.5 days)
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming service requests, incidents and problems via different communication channels such as phone, email and instant massager
- Provide first level support and remote troubleshooting for end users
- Record calls into the call logging system
- Follow up the calls’ status and coordinate with deskside engineers and service vendor to solve the Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- 1 year of service desk / CS call centre experience
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Customer-focused, self-motivated and be a good team player
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred

- Chek Lak Kok/ Shek Mun/ Kwoloon Tong
Working Hour
- 5 days work/ Althernative Saturday
