Assistant - HR & General Affairs (6-month contract)
What you’ll be doing?
- Reporting to HR & General Affairs Director to perform all-round HR and administrative functions
- Responsible for the whole recruiting process to meet hiring goals
- Responsible for compensation & benefits functions including on/off-boarding & employee life cycle management, monthly commission processing, HRIS maintenance, leave & benefits administration etc.
- Organizing company events such as annual dinner, team building and other ad-hoc events
- Assist in daily ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth HR & General Affairs operations
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or related disciplines
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
- Familiarity with the HK Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, and other relevant regulations
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and meticulous in work output
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Immediately available will be an advantage
