Assistant - HR & General Affairs (6-month contract)

What you’ll be doing?

  • Reporting to HR & General Affairs Director to perform all-round HR and administrative functions
  • Responsible for the whole recruiting process to meet hiring goals
  • Responsible for compensation & benefits functions including on/off-boarding & employee life cycle management, monthly commission processing, HRIS maintenance, leave & benefits administration etc.
  • Organizing company events such as annual dinner, team building and other ad-hoc events
  • Assist in daily ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth HR & General Affairs operations

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Familiarity with the HK Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, and other relevant regulations
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and meticulous in work output
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Immediately available will be an advantage
