What you’ll be doing?

• 監督內部和承辦商維修技術人員的表現，以確保維修質量和高度客戶滿意度
  Oversee the performance of both in-house and outsourced repair technicians to ensure repair quality delivery and high customer satisfaction
• 管理內部維修工作間運營並支援外訪維修以實現卓越運營Managing the in-house workshop operation and support field repair for operation excellence
• 培訓和發展技術人員，以提高技術知識、維修技能和客戶服務技能
  Train and develop the technicians to enhance their technician knowledge, repair skills and customer service skills
• 維修品質和工作流程控制，以減少產品更換和產品送返維修工作間進行維修
  Repair quality and work process control to minimize the product exchange and product return to workshop for repair
• 提供解決方案和技術知識以支援呼叫中心團隊處理客戶投訴或查詢
  Support call centre team by providing resolution and technical knowledge for customer complaints or inquiries handling

Who are we looking for?

• 電業工程人員執照（A 級）
  Electrical worker license (Grade A)
• 工程或相關學科高級文憑和文憑
  High Diploma and Diploma in engineering disciplines
• 至少8年的家用電器行業維修經驗
  Minimum 8 years’ experience in home appliances repair industry
• 豐富雪櫃、冷氣和洗衣機維修技術和知識
  Strong repair & technical skills & knowledge of refrigerator, air-conditioner and machine washer
• 有效溝通、管理和談判技巧
  Excellent communication, management and negotiation skills
• Microsoft Office 和維修管理系統使用知識
  Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Repair Management System
• 有駕駛執照者優先
  Driving License is preferred
