Duties:

1. To act as a Subject Officer for all events to be held at all hiring facilities of Tsuen Wan Town Hall

2. To prepare instruction to relevant staff for all hirers' event and functions

3. To act as a Subject Officer and liaise with hirers of Tsuen Wan Town Hall in provision of related services

4. To co-ordinate with backstage team of Tsuen Wan Town Hall in provision of professional stage services to all hirers' events and functions

5. To act as Duty Manager of Tsuen Wan Town Hall and make sure the Terms & Conditions of Hire are properly observed and performed

6. To manage the Front-of-House team during programmes to ensure proper running of all hirer's events and functions

7. To prepare instruction to the Front-of-House team for the smooth venue operation of Tsuen Wan Town Hall

8. To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers

Requirement: 

1. Holders of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline, preferably Arts Administration

2. Have at least Five (5) years of post-qualification full-time working experience, of which having at least Three (3) years of post-qualification full-time working experience of programme management and/or venue management in performance arts venue, museums or international conference and exhibition centres in Hong Kong, with knowledge in building management, preforming venue and stage operation would be an advantage

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and be mature in personality

4. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing

Working Hours: 8 hours between 09:00 - 24:00 on Mondays to Sundays and Statutory Holidays

Working Location: Tsuen Wan

Salary: $152 / hour
