TEAM MANAGER
Sales Management
- Provide quality headhunting services to corporate clients
- Identify business opportunities by prospecting new clients through market mapping and business meetings
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent
- Relationship selling and negotiation to achieve win-win solutions for clients and company
- Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
- Advise clients on best recruiting practices
Team Management
- Responsible for hiring and grow business team
- Involve in strategic planning and execution to improve team sales
- Lead and mentor new members
- Involve in quarterly performance appraisals
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on division's performance
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Business or any other related majors
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing a team of recruiters and driving performance in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
