Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our event management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the mechanical and electrical aspects of LED screen presentations and displays for various high-profile events. This role will play a key part in the design, setup, and execution of LED screen installations and will ensure that all technical aspects are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and installation of LED screens for various events, ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems are seamlessly integrated.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to create innovative LED display solutions tailored to each event.
- Lead the technical design and erection of LED screen setups, working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure precise execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all stages of the project are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue personnel to ensure smooth operation and successful execution of LED screen presentations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during the design and installation process.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
Qualifications:
-Postgraduate degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
- Undergraduate degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related) or a similar technical field.
- Proven experience in project coordination and management, with a focus on technical or event-based projects.
- Previous experience in electronic device, such as LED screen design, installation, or event management is highly preferred.
- Experience in building design, construction, or technical event project production is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
