The Customer Strategy, Insights and Innovation (CSII) Division leads a visionary journey in transforming the customer experience within the Club ecosystem by leveraging real-time data and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Large Language Model (LLM) technology. By centralising customer understanding and insights across owners, members and wagering customers, we seamlessly integrate digitalised experiences both online and offline (phygital experience), cultivating a vibrant online community that thrives on data-driven online-to-offline (O2O) interactions. Through the mastery of advanced analytics and AI-enabled marketing automation, we are heading towards a future where we precisely target customers, elevate their experiences and drive wagering turnover. Our innovative approach empowers the channels and various customer groups to optimise customer experience, groom customers up the tiers, and unlock new avenues for growth.
The Job
You will
- provide quality and efficient customer services to guests
- proactively resolve customer enquiries including racing and betting information, racecourse facilities and direction guidance to all locations within racecourse
- handle venue booking, escorting services to guests
- assist in marketing program and event operation at designated locations
- reinforce the Club’s policies (e.g. dress code monitoring and location access control)
About You
You should have
- HKCEE/ DSE or above
- solid working experience in customer service
- mature and independent personality with stable job history
- good communication and presentation skills in spoken English or Mandarin
Terms of Employment
Pay-rate
HK$91.5 per hour
Shift Hour *
Sat/Sun/PH Day meeting:
9:30 am - 7:00 pm / Twilight meeting: 12:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Wed Night meeting: 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm
* Average 5-9 working hours per day and 2 working days per week. Actual roster depends on racing calendar and schedule.
