Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, majoring in History, Marketing or Education is preferred
• Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese Language in HKDSE, or equivalent
• Full-time working experience in education, marketing or customer service-related areas is preferred
• Working experience in operating VR programme in Museum or cultural venues is preferred
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and English, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word processing

Responsibilities:

• To manage the Interactive Zone for exhibition, including: studying the training materials provided by the Museum; conducting various workshops; managing the crowd control; assisting visitors to use the VR programmes; preparing and managing the distribution of educational pamphlet; handling the enquiries; and tidying up the materials daily
• To provide assistance in preparing and monitoring education activities for the general public, especially several talks series, forum; conducting outreach workshops; counting attendance; escorting and receiving guests for the groups, teachers and special guests; and helping with the reception work, etc.
• To provide general clerical support and perform customer services related tasks, including: keeping records for the use of docent service audio equipment and handling the loan/return of equipment; collecting visitors' comments and feedback on museum services, referring visitors' suggestions to the respective for follow-up actions, and preparing related reports, etc.
