Customer Services Associates (Call Team)
Responsibilites
- Handle general call center duties including incoming calls, WhatsApp, WeChat, and courier arrangements
- Ensure that calls and emails are handled according to the company’s service level with professional manner
- Answer / follow up patient‘s inquiry and appointment booking
- Any assigned responsibilities by supervisor
Requirements
- HKCEE or above with at least 1 year working experience in imaging centres or medical centres
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone manners
- Willingness to learn, pleasant, customer-oriented and good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage but not must
- Fresh graduated with Tourism and Hospitality Management background is preferred
