Job Duties:

• Culinary Excellence: Design, develop, and execute innovative menus that align with the brand’s identity and guest expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen brigade; foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and peak efficiency.
• Cost Control & Inventory: Manage food costs, kitchen labor budgets, inventory control, and supplier relationships to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Enforce strict adherence to high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety regulations (HACCP/local food safety standards).
• Talent Development: Supervise training and development for kitchen staff to ensure continuous improvement and succession planning.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of culinary experience in a premium hospitality group or fine dining establishment, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (Sous Chef or Head Chef).
• Deep passion for food, strong culinary creativity, and sharp attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills
• English is required
