Key Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist in providing administrative support to the team 

- Maintain accurate staff information and records in the HRIS

- Prepare reports and analysis for management review

- Support employee relations programs and activities 

- handle ad-hoc projects when assigned

Requirements: 

- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines

- At least 2 years' HR experience, preferably gained from sizeable retail companies

- Well-conversant with Hong Kong & Macau Employment Ordinance

- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese work processing is a must
