要求：

1. 學士學位（科學/工程相關）

2. 至少 8 年全職工作經驗從事減廢 / 回收 / 廢物處理設施管理 / 環境教育 / 相關環境領域；其中包括 3 年政府部門主任級別經驗

3. HKDSE/CEE: 中文及英文 Level 3/ C 或以上 （接受CRE成績）

職責：

1. 負責回收商店和回收站的合約開發、採購和管理，並監督其運營，包括監督承包商遵守合約要求的情況以及審核設施運營商提交的文件

2. 管理社群回收網路資料庫平台

3. 監控社區回收網路的人員計數系統

4. 負責回收商店和回收站的人工智慧報告審核平台的開發、採購和管理

5. 開發新的IT解決方案或其他必要訊息，以提高回收商店和回收站的效率

6. 促進利害關係人之間的合作，並使利害關係人的期望與專案目標和交付成果保持一致

7. 對回收商店和回收站及其相關活動/事件進行現場檢查，以進行合規性檢查

8. 協助制定社區回收網絡的政策、策略規劃和專案開發

9. 為回應公眾關於社區回收網絡的諮詢和投訴提供專業意見

10. 準備和更新與社區回收網路相關的文件、資訊說明、指南、簡報和其他必要資料

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (in a science, engineering subject, or equivalent)

2. Have 8 years’ working experience in waste reduction, waste recovery/recycling, waste facilities management, environmental education or related environmental domains, of which at least 3 years’ working experience in the capacity of a supervisory role in Government

3. HKDSE/CEE Chinese & English Level 3/C or above (accept CRE level 2 results)

Responsibilities:

1. To develop, procure, manage the contracts and monitor the operation of the Recycling Stores and Recycling Stations, including monitoring contractors’ compliance with contract requirements and vetting submissions of the facility operators;

2. To administer the database platform for community recycling network

3. To monitor the people counting system for community recycling network;

4. To develop, procure and administer the AI report checking platform for Recycling Stores and Recycling Stations;

5. To develop new IT solutions or other necessary information to enhance the efficiency of the Recycling Stores and Recycling Stations;

6. To foster collaboration among stakeholders and align stakeholder expectations with project goals and deliverables;

7. To perform a supervisory role in site inspections to the Recycling Stores and Recycling Stations, and their related events/activities for compliance check;

8. To assist in policy formulation, strategic planning, and programme development of community recycling network;

9. To provide professional input in responding to public enquiries and complaints concerning community recycling network;

10. To prepare and update papers, information notes, guidelines, presentation decks and other necessary materials in relation to the community recycling network
