Responsibilities:

The incumbent will join our Team to provide ticketing and fulfillment services.  His/Her duties include but not limited to fare calculation, ticket issuing, update fare sheet information and other services as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate/Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related discipline   

• Holder of IATA Ticketing Certificate

• Minimum 3 years’ ticketing experience

• Proficiency in Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre and MS Office

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of English and Chinese
