DRIVE SALES, TAKE OPPORTUNITIES, DEVELOP TEAMS
We are looking for a Supervisor, based in Hong Kong, to join the company and work with our Retail Team. If you’re ambitious with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, exciting environment then that’ll help too! 

Key responsibilities and duties

• Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met
• Supervising and training Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service
• Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales
• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence
• Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes
• Assisting with other leadership, stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have the following attributes

• Has retail and/or leadership experience
• Has flexible availability to meet the needs of the business
• Is a genuine people-person, and loves to help others
• Has a strong ethical compass and is passionate about our brand values
• Is a fast learner and wants to soak up knowledge about all things LUSH
