Requirements:

F5/DSE graduated or above

At least 2 year’s shipping experience

Good command of both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Immediately available

 

Duties:

 

Handling full set of shipping documents

Responsible for making shipment arrangement as per customer's requirements

Coordinate with internal and external parties for shipment arrangement

Contact with shipping companies and arrangement booking

Ensures that the documentation is accurately processed distributed and released to forwarders, customers in a timely manner

Daily email communication

Declaration with Tradelink

Liaise mainland factory

Monitor shipment schedule and trucking arrangement
