Senior Officer (Training & Development)
Responsibilities:
Identify training needs and provide training solutions
Collaborate with Business Units and stakeholders to implement learning and development programs
Design, develop and deliver training programs
Prepare learning materials, including training decks and online learning courses
Evaluate effectiveness of training solutions for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Degree Holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Marketing or related discipline
At least 3 years of solid experience in training and development management
Knowledge of video shooting & editing is a definite advantage
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Able to handle training projects independently
