Sales and Marketing Executive

What you will do:

Execute digital campaigns through content development and social media
Create engaging digital content for multiple platforms (Instagram, WeChat, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, etc.)
Plan, produce, and manage video content, including topics, posting schedules and coordination
Execute Xiaohongshu live streams with the management team – support live planning, preparation, and audience interaction
Monitor, respond to, and manage customer inquiries and messages across all social platforms
Track and analyse performance data to generate insights and recommendations that optimise campaigns and meet business goals
Regularly monitor social media trends and market insights, and explore new digital platforms and tools.
Create campaign ideas, write and edit social media copy to support brand promotions
Attend external meetings as directed by management and support customer communication, introduce and promote the company’s real estate properties
Assist with company seminars, including: event arrangements and preparation details
Support Q&A sessions by responding to customer questions during and after the event
Direct guided tours of rental units for prospective and current tenants
Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

Flexible working schedule; must join the company meeting every Tuesday
University or above in Marketing / Communications/ Multi-media or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or public relations is a must. Candidates without digital experience will not be considered
Familiar with content operations and engagement on Xiaohongshu, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook
Ability to generate creative ideas and translate them into practical marketing plans
Knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
Passion for digital marketing, with a drive to stay current on trends and tools
Strong multi-tasking skills, able to handle ad hoc tasks and meet tight deadlines
Good presentation and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and must be able to work independently
Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
Occasional trips may be required
Immediate availability is highly preferred
