Sales and Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze customer behavior data from both overseas and mainland markets to understand customer preferences and provide data-driven insights for product and service sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, gather feedback, and transform feedback into service improvements and sales opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
• Work closely with the sales team to monitor sales progress and provide necessary operational support to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness through various channels.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate holder or equivalent qualification in Marketing
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience
• Good command of English
• Mature, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in computer operations, Chinese typing, and document processing
• Immediate availability is preferred

Hong Kong and office in Shenzhen
