Partnership & Business Development Executive (STEM Education & Tours)
Key responsibilities:
• Prospect, outreach and develop new channel partners (schools, corporates, NGO, travel agency, tour agents, sponsors).
• Manage partner relationships: onboarding, contracting, product training, and performance reviews.
• Drive partner-sourced sales: coordinate quotations, customise proposals, and close deals with partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (program, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth delivery and partner satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare weekly/monthly pipeline and performance reports.
• Collect partner feedback and suggest product or process improvements.
Qualifications & skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; major in education, business, marketing, communications or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or events — experience in education, tours, or CSR preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Basic CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, able to manage multiple partners and deadlines.
