Tasks & responsibilities
- Teach, guide and engage students in robotics, coding, AI, AR, drone, IoT and other STEAM courses based on the curriculum and lesson plans we provide (no lesson plan development is required from part-time instructor)
- Explain the course content in digestible, interesting and engaging ways
- Teach by native Cantonese
Time & Location
Flexible. Subject to the school requirement.
Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Education or related disciplines is preferred
- No experience in STEAM is also welcome
- Native Cantonese is a must
- Basic knowledge in coding / app development / robotics / AI / AR / drone / IoT / mechanics (proficiency in any web or app coding is a plus but not a must)
- Teaching experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluency and confidence to present often complex and abstract tech concepts in an easy-to-understand ways to young students is a must
- Enthusiasm and patience to teach kids. Teaching experience with children or formal education training is an advantage
