Part Time Accounting & Administrative Clerk

Responsibilities

  • To handle daily accounting works
  • To provide administrative, logistical and account support to the team
  • To prepare different kinds of reports
  • To liaise with internal and external parties on business issues independently
  • To perform ad-hoc assignments as required


Requirements

  • Business administration/public relations related discipline will be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years or above relevant clerical support is highly preferable
  • Able to work independently with high flexibility
  • Strong problem solving, independent, well-organized and with strong initiative
  • Good PC knowledge in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • LCCI Intermediate Level or above
 

We offer 2-3days work per week or full time work, flexible working hours, MPF and result bonus to the right candidate.
