We are looking for qualified and dedicated Locum Doctors to join our telemedicine platform and provide top-notch medical care via virtual consultations. If you're passionate about delivering quality patient care, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels
• Coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
• Process customer orders, verifying orders and payment details
• Assist the operations team to accurately pack and ship orders.
• Assist with inventory management of products.

What We Need:

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and provide appropriate solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in packing, processing customer orders, verifying information, and maintaining records.

Work Hours:Must able to work on Monday & Tuesday 9am - 1pm, and the other working day can be flexibly scheduled on the weekdays. Able to commit to at least 12 hours per week is a plus.
