F&B Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Food and Beverage and assist in the daily operations of the F&B administration department.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining budgets, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, etc., on administrative tasks.
  • Lead the F&B service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure all F&B licenses, permits, and certificates are up to date.
  • Undertake other duties assigned by hotel management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation
  • Ability to perform multi-tasking, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in F&B management software and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
