- Coordinate local and international movement of artworks, watches, jewellery, and other consigned property.

- Arrange shipments, collections, deliveries, and internal transfers. - Maintain accurate records and ensure all property movements are properly documented.

- Prepare shipping quotations and liaise with clients, shipping agents, security providers, and internal departments.

- Support import/export procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Assist with property logistics for exhibitions, auctions, and highlight tours.

- Process shipping-related invoices and respond to payment enquiries.

- Provide general administrative support to the Shipping Department.
