Salary: $25,000 – $35,000 per month (Exceptional profiles up to $40,000)

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00, with occasional OT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Search Engine Marketing (SEM/SEO): Drive high-visibility campaigns on platforms like Google to attract targeted users.
• Social Media Marketing: Manage paid advertising and content on Facebook, Instagram, etc., to boost brand engagement.
• Content Marketing & Production: Develop compelling content (video, email) to convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Client Communication & Relationship Management: Act as the main client contact, understanding needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end digital marketing projects, collaborating with design and tech teams on assets like web pages and display banners.
• Analyze performance data and provide strategic insights to optimize results and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Media, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance digital marketing (SEM, Social, Programmatic).
• Solid understanding of digital metrics, analytics, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates from 2nd-tier digital marketing agencies are especially encouraged to apply.
• More experienced candidates will be considered for a Senior Manager title.
