• Higher Diploma or above preferably in Hospitality/Travel/Tourism or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ working experience preferably in customer service field
• Responsible for ticketing, reception of Tour’s service and handle general enquiry from customers at Ticket Counter / Onboard
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• 9 hours shift duty
