Role & Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of store to maximize sales turnover and productivity, to enhance manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Control store P&L, damage & loss, products quality and inventory management
• Responsible for staff management and development and promoters’ management
• Manage the operations standards of consignment and concession counters
• Ensure the implementation and execution of sales and promotional activities at store level, as well as vendors negotiation, store layout, products display, etc.
• Work closely with other department managers to ensure operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures align with the company’s image and contributes to an effective working environment
• 協助店長監督日常營運及監察店面表現，提高營業額，生產力和客戶服務水平
• 控制部門損耗及成本，產品質量和庫存管理
• 負責員工的管理和發展，為店舖同事提供培訓及指導，以及產品推廣員的管理
• 管理寄售和特許專櫃的運作合符標準，確保分店層面的銷售和促銷活動的實施和執行， 以及供應商商洽，分店佈局，產品展示等
• 與其他部門經理密切合作，確保營運依據公司政策和程序，符合公司形象，以營造有效的工作環境

Capabilities Required

• Secondary Education
• Minimum 5 years of retails experience in FMCG industry, which minimum 2 years at a supervisory level
• Self-motivated, strong leadership and people management skill
• Effective problem solving skill and good communication skill
• Proficient in computer literacy, such as MS Office
• Communicates effectively in Chinese and English
• Shift duty is required
• 中學畢業或以上程度
• 最少5年消耗品零售行業經驗, 其中至少2年監管經驗
• 自我激勵，強大的領導能力和人員管理技巧
• 有效解決問題技巧和良好溝通技巧
• 精通電腦應用知識例如，MS Office
• 中英文良好
• 輪班工作，每天9小時， 每月休息6 天
