月薪: $17,000 - $18,400

要求:
1. 具 3 年辦公室助理/接待員/一般行政工作及有政府工作經驗者優先
2. 中四畢業(中英文合格)
3. 熟悉中英文文書處理,能應用常用商業軟件e.g. MS Word、Excel、PPT
職責:
1. 接待和茶水間服務
2. 收發文件
3. 協助處理倉務、採購和一般辦公室行政事宜 e.g. 歸檔、資料輸入
4. 協助預訂會議室,及在會議前後佈置和整理場地
Requirements:
1. 3 years working experience in reception, office assistant or general administration is preferred. Relevant government experience is an advantage.
2. F.4 (pass in Chinese and English)
3. knowledge in Chinese & English word processing, in application of common business software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PPT
Responsibilities:
1. Providing reception and pantry services;
2. Performing receipt and dispatch services, by-hand deliveries;
3. Assisting in stores and procurement matters and general clerical support e.g. filing, data input;
4. Assisting in maintaining meeting rooms booking, as well as setting up and tidying up of venue before and after meetings and events
